1 What is the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is 10 units per order, and models can be mixed within one order. A single sample unit is available for dealers who want to test a model before committing to a full order.

2 How long is the lead time?

Standard lead time is 50 days from order confirmation to dispatch. Repeat orders of in-stock models ship faster from our EU warehouses.

3 Where do you ship from, and how is after-sales handled?

Orders ship from our European warehouses in Germany and Poland. Technical support, spare parts and warranty repairs are handled by our service centre in Messel, Germany, so dealers do not ship defective units back to Asia.

4 Which models are road-legal in Germany?

For German public roads, e-scooters must meet StVZO / eKFV requirements and be limited to 20 km/h. The AURORIDE N5 (ABE) and N8 are the models specified for that use case; certification documents, test reports and country-specific declarations are available on request.
