00 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often by dealers, distributors and workshops, answered in full. If your question is not here, the dealer desk answers within one working day.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 10 units per order, and models can be mixed freely inside that order — e-scooters, e-bikes, e-motorcycles, four-wheel units, accessories and spare parts. A single sample unit per model can be ordered separately for testing and evaluation before you commit to stock.
Do you sell single units to end consumers?
No. AURORIDE supplies dealers, distributors and authorised workshops. Consumer sales are handled by our dealer network, which is why we protect dealer pricing and do not publish retail or dealer price lists on this website.
How long does delivery take?
Stock already held in Europe ships in 3–5 working days. Models built to order — N8, N9, M3 and non-stock configurations — take approximately 50 days to port or to our EU warehouse. Spare parts and accessories dispatch from the EU parts store in the same week.
How does the dealer discount work?
There are four partnership levels — Registered, Silver, Gold and Platinum — and the discount scale increases with your commitment and volume. The scale itself is confidential: it is shared with approved dealers together with the price file and the dealer agreement, and is never published on this website.
Can I mix models and categories in one order?
Yes. A single order can combine vehicles, accessories and spare parts, which means one customs entry and one freight cost. Mixed first orders are the normal way dealers start, usually built around one hero model plus a supporting range.
Where is warranty handled?
Entirely inside Europe. You log the claim with the serial number and symptom, first-line diagnosis happens at your workshop using our guided checklist, and any unit that is not field-fixable is handled by the LAWIS European repair centre. Stock parts are dispatched the same week.
Are spare parts available?
Yes. Fast-moving wear parts, batteries, controllers and body panels are stocked in the European parts store and dispatched within the same week. Dealers buy spare parts at dedicated dealer parts pricing, which is set out in the price file.
Which certificates do the products carry?
The range carries CE marking (EMC, Low Voltage, Machinery and RoHS), UKCA, FCC and UL where relevant to the model. The certificates and test reports are issued in the name of the manufacturer, AURORIDE — see the EC Declarations section.
Do you protect my territory?
Registered, Silver and Gold dealers sell within the network. Platinum country distributors receive priority allocation and, where agreed in writing in the dealer agreement, country exclusivity for the models covered by that agreement.
How long does dealer approval take?
Usually within one working day. We ask for your company details, VAT number, sales channels and target market. After approval you receive the confidential tier price list, the dealer agreement and the model documentation pack.
01 — Service centres

Service centres & European network

Stock, parts and after-sales service all sit inside Europe, so a dealer never has to ship a vehicle back to Asia. Three service points cover the markets we sell into today.

Dealer orders

B2B returns

  • Wrong, short or damaged items: report within 7 days of delivery with photos and packing list references
  • Confirmed supplier errors are replaced or credited at our cost
  • Unopened stock in original packaging may be returned by prior agreement and is subject to a restocking assessment
  • Clearance allocation and special-order configurations are excluded
Returns require a written RMA reference

  • EU distance-selling withdrawal rights apply where you sell online
  • We support you with parts, documentation and technical guidance to process the claim
  • Product must be returned in a safe, usable condition with the battery documentation
