REUDYN Hip X26 AI Exoskeleton Robot, 1000W Dual Motor Hip Lift Assist

The REUDYN Hip X26 is a wearable powered hip exoskeleton built for physical handling work. Two aerospace-grade outer-rotor PMSM motors deliver up to 1000 W peak power and 2 × 21 N·m peak torque (42 N·m total), driving the left and right hip independently. At 2.25 kg excluding battery (2.65 kg with battery), with carbon-fibre leg rods and a Dynamic Glide System that follows the body, the X26 takes load off the hips and lower back every time the wearer bends, lifts, carries or climbs — in the warehouse, on the loading dock, on a delivery round, in the workshop or on the assembly line.

Assistance is managed by the self-developed AI Motion Engine. A back IMU, dual hip motor encoders and a barometer feed a neural-network adaptive gait algorithm that recognises five motion states — walking, running, cycling, ascent and descent — with over 96% recognition accuracy, and continuously adjusts assistance timing and intensity in milliseconds. There is no mode to switch and nothing to think about: the wearer moves, and the X26 adapts. The more it is worn, the better it matches the wearer’s gait.

One 60.48 Wh (21.6 V) battery covers up to 20 km of assistance per charge, tested at 4 km/h on level ground at assistance level 1. It swaps in three seconds with no tools, recharges in under two hours on a 45 W charger, and retains over 87% capacity after 500 cycles behind 10-layer battery safety protection. The pack is IP65-rated and UN38.3 transport-certified, so fleet operators can rotate batteries across shifts without downtime.

The X26 is built for daily industrial duty: TÜV-certified safety, IP54 device protection and a −10 °C to 40 °C operating range. It goes on in under 12 seconds and releases in 5, and is controlled from the on-device buttons or the Reudyn App (iOS and Android) with five assistance modes — Smart (AI), Standard and Custom (Fitness, Cycle, Comfort) — across four levels from 25% to 100%. The hip joint allows 340° of total range of motion, so squatting, kneeling and stair work stay natural.

For trade buyers, the Hip X26 opens a category that sits alongside existing micromobility and mobility ranges: warehouse and logistics fleets, parcel and delivery operators, assembly and maintenance contractors, and industrial safety distributors.
