AURORIDE runs OEM and ODM programmes from our own factory for electric scooters, electric bikes, electric motorcycles and mobility scooters. You bring the brand, the market and the channel; we bring the tooling, the certification base, the production capacity and the documentation. Programmes cover private-label branding, colourway and decal design, packaging, manuals, market-specific configuration and SKD/CKD shipment where the destination makes it worthwhile.
Every category below is produced in-house and can be delivered as an AURORIDE-branded unit, a private-label unit or an ODM variant built to your specification. Minimum quantities, tooling and lead time are quoted per programme.
Four-wheel & three-wheel · the OEM focus for 2026

We publish what our factory can do, and we do not publish its identity or address. That protects the supply chain of every brand running a programme on the same lines — including yours.
OEM works because the platform underneath is proven and the brand layer on top is yours. Knowing which is which before you brief us saves a full revision cycle.
| Area | OEM — your brand on our platform | ODM — built to your brief |
|---|---|---|
| Branding & badge | Logo, model naming, badge placement | Full identity package |
| Colour & graphics | Selected colourways from the current palette | Custom Pantone, decal and deck artwork |
| Packaging | Your artwork on standard carton | Custom carton, print and insert set |
| Manuals & documents | Destination language, your brand on the cover | Your part numbers, your service documentation |
| Configuration | Speed limit, lighting and labelling set for the destination | Battery capacity, controller mapping and drivetrain options |
| Software & app | Brand name on the existing app | Custom app identity and feature set |
| Tooling | Not required | Quoted per programme, with the tooling ownership agreed in writing |
Motor, frame and battery architecture stay on the proven platform unless an ODM programme changes them. That is what keeps certification, spare parts and lead time predictable.
Shipment format is quoted per programme, because the right answer depends on your import structure, your duty position and your local assembly capability — not on container volume alone.
Every programme ships one of three ways: CBU — the unit arrives assembled and tested; SKD — major sub-assemblies ship intact and are joined at destination; CKD — components ship as parts and are assembled locally. SKD and CKD are offered on mobility scooters and other large-format units, where the freight and duty saving is material; smaller stand-up scooters normally ship built-up.
The programme you get depends on where you sell. We do not put a European dealer on an OEM track, and we do not quote a US private-label brand as a retail dealership.
Dealers, retail chains and fleet buyers inside the Schengen area are served by the dealer programme — 10-unit MOQ, mixed models, one sample unit per model, European stock and after-sales. US importers and brand owners, and all other markets, run as OEM and private-label programmes, with SKD and CKD offered on mobility scooters and large-format units.
Category, target market, volume band, brand requirements and destination.
We return configuration options, MOQ, tooling position, lead time and documentation set.
One sample unit per model for evaluation, then colours, graphics, packaging, manuals, labelling and destination configuration signed off.
Approximately 50 days factory lead time, then CBU, SKD or CKD per programme with the compliance documentation set.
No. We publish production capability, capacity and compliance output, and we do not publish the factory identity or location. This protects the supply chain of every brand on the same lines. Factory audits and third-party inspection visits are arranged under NDA for qualified programmes.
OEM minimum quantities are quoted per programme and depend on category, customisation depth and whether tooling is required. As a reference, the dealer track starts at 10 units per order with mixed models accepted. Contact us with your category and volume band for a programme-specific figure.
SKD and CKD are offered on mobility scooters and other large-format units, where the freight and duty effect is material. Compact stand-up scooters are normally shipped built-up. The kit level, component split and local assembly requirements are specified in the programme sheet.
Yes — that is the ODM track. Colourway, decal artwork, packaging, documentation, battery capacity and controller mapping can all be specified. Tooling cost and ownership are quoted and agreed in writing before the programme starts.
Declaration of conformity, the applicable EN 17128 / EN 15194 references, a destination-language manual, retail packaging with barcode, and the battery test documentation tied to the installed pack. Model numbers are kept identical across invoice, specification, test report and certificate.
No. AURORIDE supplies dealers, distributors, fleet buyers and OEM partners in bulk only. Single-unit retail belongs to our dealer network.

Tell us the category, the target market and the volume band. We will return a programme sheet with configuration options, MOQ, lead time, documentation set and shipment format — CBU, SKD or CKD.
