Factory capability 2026

Factory Capability — Capacity, Process and Compliance Output

We publish what our factory can produce and how it controls quality. We do not publish the factory name or address, because every brand running a programme on the same lines — including yours — depends on that staying private. What we will do is open the process: capacity, integration depth, inspection stages, documentation output, and audit access under NDA for qualified programmes.

  • 100,000units annual capacity
  • OEMyour brand, our platform
  • ODMbuilt to your brief
  • 4categories on one site
  • 50days lead time
01 — Capacity

What the plant is set up to do

100,000units annual production capacity across electric scooters, e-bikes, electric motorcycles and mobility scooters
OEM + ODMboth supported — badge a proven platform, or develop a variant to your specification with quoted tooling
In-house integrationframe, motor, battery pack and controller integration handled on the same site rather than bought in as a black box
Per-market buildconfiguration, labelling and documentation prepared for the destination, not copied from one generic sheet

Capacity figures describe installed annual capability across the site, not a commitment to any single programme. Available allocation is confirmed per programme against the current build schedule.

02 — Categories

Four categories on one production base

03 — Process

From brief to shipment, stage by stage

01

Production slot

Booked after specification lock, never before — so colours, graphics, packaging and labelling are frozen when the line starts.

02

Build

Frame, motor, battery pack and controller integrated in-house; approximately 50 days.

03

Inspection and release

Build and inspection reporting, then CBU, SKD or CKD release with the compliance documentation set.

The commercial stages that come before this — brief, programme sheet and sample build — are set out on the OEM programme page.

04 — Compliance output

What leaves the factory with the goods

Documentation is the part of an OEM programme that fails at the border, not on the line. These are the outputs we commit to.

  • Declaration of conformity with the applicable standard references for the category.
  • EN 17128 / EN 15194 references stated for the specific model, not for the catalogue in general.
  • Destination-language manual and retail packaging with barcode.
  • Battery documentation tied to the installed pack — a traceable test summary rather than a generic compliance statement.
  • One model number across invoice, specification, test report and certificate. Four documents that disagree is the fastest way to hold up an entry.
  • Kit definition and assembly record where an SKD or CKD shipment is supplied, including where the frame and major sub-assemblies were produced.

We supply the manufacturing facts within our control. We do not give tariff or legal advice, and we do not make origin determinations — that belongs to your broker or counsel.

05 — Audit & inspection

How to verify us before you commit

  • Sample units — one per model, for your own testing and market approvals.
  • Third-party inspection — we work with your nominated inspection body at pre-shipment stage.
  • Factory audit under NDA — arranged for qualified programmes, after mutual confidentiality is in place.
  • European stock verification — parts and selected units held across three EU locations; see warehouses.
06 — FAQ

Factory questions

Why do you not publish the factory name?

Because multiple brands run programmes on the same lines. Publishing the site would expose every partner's supply chain, including yours. We publish capability, capacity and compliance output instead, and we open the site to audit under NDA for qualified programmes.

Can we audit the factory?

Yes, under NDA, for qualified programmes. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is available on any programme without an NDA.

Is the 100,000-unit figure committed to us?

No. It describes installed annual capability across the site. Your allocation is confirmed per programme against the current build schedule.

What is the standard lead time?

Approximately 50 days from specification lock, subject to the production slot and the configuration ordered. ODM programmes with new tooling carry a longer first-article timeline, quoted separately.

Which components are made in-house?

Frame, motor, battery pack and controller integration are handled on the same site. Component-level detail, including where each major sub-assembly is produced, is stated in the programme sheet.

How is capacity allocated between programmes?

By production slot, booked at specification lock. A programme with a locked specification and a confirmed deposit holds its slot; an enquiry still in sampling does not. That is why the sample stage carries a date rather than staying open.

Talk to the factory side

Tell us the category, the market and the volume band. We will return a programme sheet with configuration options, MOQ, lead time, kit level and the documentation set — and arrange an audit under NDA if the programme warrants it.
