One Container, Three Categories: Why EU Dealers Are Building a Mixed AURORIDE Range

A single-category dealership is a single-point-of-failure business. When the commuter scooter season slows, there is nothing else on the floor. The dealers growing fastest in 2026 are running a mixed range — e-scooters for volume, e-bikes for a wider customer base, and one premium e-moto for the customers who walk past the scooter shelf. All three can ship in the same first order, because the minimum order quantity is counted across the range, not per model.

1. The e-scooter base: N8, N9 and N5

The electric scooter range splits cleanly into urban and off-road, and that split is how it should be merchandised.

On the urban side, the N8 is the new core commuter — 1200 W peak, up to 60 km, dual suspension — and the N9 is the long-range model at up to 80 km with a 200 kg payload. The N5 is the road-legal entry point: 350 W, 20 km/h, ABE-approved, which removes the single biggest objection in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.

On the off-road side sit the X-series. These are the models that make a shop worth visiting — the customer comparing 3600 W and knobbly tyres is not comparing on the cheapest price.

2. Adding e-bikes: M1 and M2

E-bikes are the fastest way to widen the customer base without changing your premises. The e-bike range is EU-legal out of the box: both the M1 and the M2 are 250 W, 25 km/h pedal-assist models under EN 15194 — no licence, no registration, no insurance — with a removable 36 V 13 Ah battery and up to 120 km of assist range.

They also bring a different buyer: a commuter who would never consider a standing scooter, and who returns for a second bike and a service plan. Because the M-series shares consumables with the scooters, your parts shelf does not double.

3. The premium step: M3 e-moto

One electric motorcycle on the floor changes the perceived ceiling of the whole shop. The M3 runs a 3000 W peak mid-drive motor and a 48 V 21 Ah battery to a 55 km/h top speed, with hydraulic brakes and suspension front and rear — the L1e-type moped tier, where the average order value is materially higher than a commuter scooter.

You do not need to sell many. You need one on display so the scooter buyer sees what the brand is capable of.

4. Building the first 10-unit order

The minimum order is 10 units per order and models can be mixed, so a first order can cover three shelves at once. A pattern that works:

The same order can include accessories and a starter spare-parts pack from the accessories range, so the workshop is equipped before the first unit is sold. One sample unit per model is available if you want to ride before you commit.

5. Getting started

Every order ships with the CE declaration of conformity, EN 17128 / EN 15194 documentation, a destination-language manual and retail packaging with barcode. Parts are held in the European warehouse, and the warranty and service terms are published in the Support Centre.

AURORIDE supplies dealers, distributors and fleet buyers in bulk only — we do not sell single units to end consumers. Apply through the dealer application, or read the dealer programme for tiers, MOQ and sample terms.
